HR Assistant (Quezon City)

Assists in working out administrative control over all personnel in all matters pertaining to work performance, attendance, discipline, safety, and enforcement of rules and regulations

Location : National Office, Quezon City


Responsibilities

  • Assists the Human Resources/Administrative Officers in working out administrative control over all personnel in all matters pertaining to work performance, attendance, discipline, safety, and enforcement of rules and regulations
  • Assists in the implementation of personnel policies adopted by the Society in accordance with Labor Laws
  • Assists the HR Payroll Officer in developing and directing the implementation of employees’ benefits and services
  • Monitors documents and maintains adequate individual’s personnel records/201 Files of the employees
  • Receives, routes, files, and/or transmits information and/or correspondence and other documents to and from Human Resources Department
  • Provide general support to different HR functions

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate of social sciences course, office management, or any business-related course
  • Willing to be trained
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS) is an advantage
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Familiarity with HR Operations, such as hiring, timekeeping, and employee relations
