Responsibilities

• Screens all presumptive walk-in and referred cases
• Responsible for daily monitoring and supervision of patient and his drug intake or assign a treatment partner and ensure that there are recorded
• Coordinates the services of the clinic with other allied agencies
• Prepares required monitoring and accomplishment reports to the National Office
• Conduct health information dissemination to the community, barangays, schools, and other organizations
• Submits the monthly consumption of anti-TB drugs
• Receives payments from clients and issues corresponding receipts
• Motivates TB patients for treatment and follow-up defaulters
• Maintains and updates the NTP TB Register, and NTP TB Presumptive Masterlist
• Facilitates inventory, requisition and distribution of drugs and other NTP supplies

Skills and Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse
• Preferably with at least 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Willing to start ASAP
